The Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle is a renowned scientific institution dedicated to understanding and preserving life on Earth, while fostering more harmonious relationships between humanity and nature. Its 615 researchers study, among other things, the impact of human activities on biodiversity, a critical ecological challenge.

Your company or foundation can take action to protect the environment by supporting research projects, explorations, citizen science programs, as well as educational activities and exhibitions. By doing so, you align your brand with the values of ecology, universalism, education, and scientific excellence upheld by the Museum.

Additionally, your sponsorship entitles you to a tax deduction of 60% of the donation amount, up to 0.5% of your pre-tax turnover, with the option to carry forward any excess over the following five fiscal years if this threshold is exceeded.

Philanthropic actions are carried out within the framework of an ethic charter (consult the french version).

• Exhibitions at the Grande Galerie de l’Évolution, including those focusing on desert ecosystems (2025), naturalist artists (2026), and insects (2027).
• Exhibitions at the Musée de l’Homme in Paris, exploring themes such as mummies (2025) and drugs (2026).
• The restoration of the Hôtel de Magny within the Jardin des Plantes, a 17th-century building that has housed renowned Museum scientists since the time of the Count of Buffon.
• The restoration of the Reptile Pavilion at the Ménagerie and enhancements to its exhibits, highlighting endangered species.
• The safety and accessibility upgrades of the Galerie de Paléontologie et d’Anatomie Comparée.
• A major scientific exploration program, La Planète Revisitée, aimed at cataloging biodiversity worldwide, particularly in the South Pacific, Indian Ocean, Mediterranean, and Caribbean Sea, where many species remain undiscovered.
• The restoration of the botanical school garden in the Jardin des Plantes, showcasing the plant diversity of temperate regions across the globe.
